Scheduling Your Appointment:
- Simply call our office, and we’ll find a day and time available that works best for you.
- You can also request an appointment through our website, and a team member will contact you to confirm the details based on your dental needs.
- If you’re experiencing a dental emergency or discomfort,please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you promptly, even on the same day if possible.
New Patient Forms:
- To streamline your first visit, we kindly request that you complete our new patient forms before your appointment.
- After your appointment is scheduled by our office, we will send you the New Patient paperwork via email or text to be completed electronically–quick, easy,& secure!
- Forms are also available on our website for your convenience, or you can fill them out upon arrival at our office.
Your First Visit:
- During your comprehensive initial appointment, which typically lasts around 90 minutes, we’ll conduct a thorough tooth-by-tooth examination, assess your gum health, take necessary X-rays and perform an oral cancer screening.
- Dr. Frei will review your health history, discuss any recommended treatments,and collaborate with you to establish goals for your oral health and smile.
- If no further treatment is needed, we’ll provide a professional teeth cleaning during this visit.
- For emergency appointments, we’ll focus on addressing your immediate concern through X-rays, a limited exam, and a consultation to discuss the diagnosis, solution options, and treatment planning.
Finding Our Office
- We’re conveniently located on State Hwy 46 West in Bulverde, about a 5-minutedrive from the intersection of 281 & 46, heading towards Boerne.
- Look for our sign and a mailbox shaped like a tooth–that’s us!
- Ample free parking is available in our surrounding lot.
Rescheduling Appointments:
- We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
- This policy benefits you and all our patients by allowing us enough time to accommodate other patients who may want an earlier appointment or are experiencing adental emergency.
Payment, Insurance , and Financing:
- We work with most dental insurance PPO or DPO plans and can assist you with filing claims for your convenience.
- If you have dental insurance, please provide us with the information as soon aspossible before your appointment to verify your benefits.
- For patients with or without insurance, we accept CareCredit, a third-party financing option that allows you to make low monthly payments for your dental care.
- We also accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, HSA, and FSA.
