Having difficulty sleeping can be triggered by many things. However, remember that everyone requires different hours of sleep and that quality of sleep is more important than quantity. Drinking too many fluids will cause you to wake up and empty your bladder during the night. Allowing your pets to sleep with you can cause unnecessary disruptions. Sleep apnea can interrupt your quality of sleep too, and if left untreated, could lead to death.
