Her journey through the field—from dental assistant to Director of Operations—has shaped her into a well-rounded professional who thrives in our fast-paced environment. Sarah’s commitment to excellence is backed by a Master’s degree in Dental Hygiene with a focus on education, ensuring she remains at the forefront of the latest clinical advancements. As Director of Operations, she pairs leadership with a natural gift for problem-solving, constantly refining our processes to enhance the patient experience and keep the office running seamlessly.
Overall, Sarah is a true asset to our practice. Her passion, dedication, and diverse skill set make her a well-rounded dental professional who is committed to providing the best possible care to her patients. She and Dr. Frei have been married since 2020 and have four kids. In her free time, she loves to travel and visit with friends and family whenever she gets the chance.
Amanda
Front Office Coordinator
Meet Amanda, our amazing front office coordinator who joined our team in 2017 and has more than 20 years of experience in the dental field. Amanda’s extensive knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination is invaluable to our practice. She works tirelessly to ensure that our patients understand their insurance coverage and can maximize their benefits. Her dedication to providing exceptional customer service has earned her the trust and loyalty of our patients.
Outside of the office, Amanda loves spending time with her family and her beloved pets. In Addition, she and her husband have enjoyed spoiling their first grandson! We are grateful to have Amanda as a part of our team, and her passion for helping others and her attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to our practice.
Paige
Patient Care Coordinator
Meet Paige! Paige joined our team in 2024, and we couldn’t be happier to have her. As our Patient Care Coordinator, she is dedicated to making every visit seamless, from the first phone call to the final checkout. Known for her quick wit and great sense of humor, Paige has a natural talent for putting patients at ease the moment they walk through our doors.
She’s the friendly face (and the great sense of humor!) that keeps our office running smoothly and our patients smiling.
Outside of work, Paige is a busy “boy mom” who loves spending her free time with her husband and two sons. Next time you’re in the office, be sure to say hello to Paige—she’s always ready to help with a smile!

Meet Maria, a dedicated dental assistant who has worked alongside Dr. Frei for over 20 years. Throughout her years of experience, Maria has developed a strong bond with Dr. Frei and his patients. She takes pride in providing exceptional care and building relationships with each and every patient. Her warm and friendly demeanor puts our patients at ease and makes them feel like they are part of our dental family. In addition, Maria is well-versed in the latest dental techniques and procedures, allowing her and Dr. Frei provides top-notch service to patients.

She is an integral part of Dr. Frei’s team, and her positive attitude and exceptional skills make her an invaluable asset to the practice. In addition to her love for dentistry, Maria enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Kelly

Meet Kelly, a valued member of our dental team who joined us in 2019. Kelly brings years of experience and knowledge in cosmetic dentistry, patient education, and creating a positive patient experience. She plays an integral role in fulfilling any task on both the clinical and administrative side, making her a valuable asset to our practice.
Kelly’s passion for dentistry extends beyond the traditional procedures, as she is also the Invisaleader for our practice. She has a special interest in Invisalign and loves helping patients achieve beautiful and functional smiles. She is dedicated to staying updated on the latest techniques and technology in the field, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.
We are lucky to have Kelly as part of our team! Her dedication to her job, family, and patients is truly admirable, and her caring and compassionate nature makes her a natural fit for our patient-centered practice. Outside of work, Kelly’s top priority is her family. She loves spending time with her husband and their two young children. They enjoy traveling together and making memories at the beach.
